This yellow belt course introduces the candidate to the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma which is a combination of Lean methods and Six Sigma approaches. It covers the basics of Lean and Six Sigma and shows you the tools and approaches for eliminating waste whilst improving quality within an organisational process. This belt is suitable for anyone who wants to learn basic Lean Six Sigma principles and the most important Lean Six Sigma instruments. The course follows the syllabus as set down by the APMG Group and the ILM:
